Education & Organization Development Division

The Education & Organization Development (EOD) Division is responsible for maintaining a statewide system of judicial and court staff education and overseeing compliance with Minnesota Judicial Branch education standards.  EOD promotes human resources development through the integration of individual skills, teamwork, conflict resolution and systems-thinking within court personnel to bring all facets of the courts into strategic alignment.  EOD also provides alternative dispute resolution and electronic court reporter support and administers court interpreter language proficiency exams.
