The Human Resources Division serves as a partner with Minnesota Judicial Branch leadership in developing policies and programs, providing HR services which enable people to achieve the strategic priorities of the Minnesota Judicial Branch, and in creating an innovative and proactive organization where employees and employer are valued and the public is well served.
