Uniform Court Practices (UCPs): A business practice identified as critical for uniform and consistent use in all courts statewide. They are not intended to be discretionary.
UCPs are important because they:

- Allow system functionality to automate core court case management functions (UCP #154 - Discharge from Probation)
- Promote reliable and consistent statewide statistical data and reporting
- Support operational reporting needs (UCP #152 - UA Reporting)
- Provide clarification and consistent application of Court Rule or Statute (UCP #163 - Failure to Appear)
