The Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure, in a report dated and filed March 19, 2007, has recommended amendments to the Rules of Civil Procedure. The court will consider the proposed amendments without a hearing after soliciting and reviewing comments on the proposal.
