Questions and Answers

1. Has the Judicial Branch established a procurement time frame for a subsequent RFP release?  No. All decisions regarding a Request for Proposal (RFP) process will be determined at the close of the Request for Information (RFI) process.
2. Does the Judicial Branch have an estimate on the costs of an eSignature solution?  No. The Judicial Branch has done some general research on this topic but is expecting that the RFI process will reveal specific financial information.
3. Has the Judicial Branch secured or requested funding for an eSignature solution, or will that be completed after the RFI responses are reviewed? The Judicial Branch will be determining expenses and financing matters after the RFI submissions are reviewed and considered.
4. Has the Judicial Branch set a specific budget for the eSignature solution? No.
