Supreme Court Promulgates Amendments to Juvenile Delinquency Procedure Rules Authorizing eCourtMN Pilot Project

The amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Juvenile Delinquency Procedure are promulgated for the regulation and procedure of juvenile delinquency matters in the courts of the State of Minnesota, effective December 1, 2012.
