Supreme Court Announces Vacancies for One Judicial Member and Three Attorney Members on the Advisory Committee for the Rules of Procedure Governing Proceedings Under the Minnesota Commitment and Treatment Act

The Supreme Court is seeking one judge and three attorneys to fill vacancies on the Advisory Committee for the Rules of Procedure Governing Proceedings Under the Minnesota Commitment and Treatment Act. The committee meets as needed and is responsible for monitoring the rules and hearing and accepting comments for further changes. New members will be appointed to three-year terms beginning on January 1, 2018, and will be eligible for re-appointment to a second three-year term.
