Supreme Court Advisory Committee Report on Eyewitness Identification Now Available


The Minnesota Supreme Court Rules of Evidence Advisory Committee Report regarding eyewitness identification can now be found on the Minnesota Judicial Branch website. The report was filed with the Minnesota Supreme Court on October 1, 2018. A December 17, 2018 order, ADM-10-8047, accepts the committee’s recommendation for judicial officers to be trained on the science of eyewitness identification and calls for the widest possible public dissemination of the committee’s research.
