Court of Appeals to Hear Oral Arguments in St. Cloud on April 18


A three-judge panel of the Minnesota Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on several cases in St. Cloud on Thursday, April 18. The Court will hear the oral arguments, which are open to the public, in Courtroom 205 of the Stearns County Courts Facility Building in St. Cloud, 815 Courthouse Square, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
 
Students from the St. Cloud State University Criminal Justice Program will be in attendance in the courtroom to observe oral arguments.  This special student participation is part of the Court of Appeals “Class in the Courtroom” program. 
 
The Court of Appeals routinely hears oral arguments in communities across Minnesota to ensure access to justice. The full list of oral arguments scheduled for April 18 in St. Cloud is attached.
