Treatment Court participants, coordinators, and partners to rally at Capitol


Proponents gathering to highlight the impact of problem-solving courts

Treatment Court Coordinators, partners, participants and graduates will be coming to the capitol on Thursday, May 9 to meet with legislators to share the impact and stories of treatment courts. At 1 p.m. in the Capitol Rotunda Jim Backstrom, Dakota County Attorney and Treatment Court Initiative Co-Chair will kick off the speaker portion of the day. Those in attendance will hear from Keynote Speaker Ralph Campbell, Treatment Court Initiative member, and Hennepin County DWI Court team member, and participants and graduates in attendance will have the opportunity to share their stories.
Media, legislators, and staff are invited to attend.
