Court of Appeals to Hear Oral Arguments in Mankato on November 7


A three-judge panel of the Minnesota Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on several cases in Mankato on Thursday, November 7. The Court will hear the oral arguments, which are open to the public, in Courtroom C of the Blue Earth County Justice Center in Mankato, 401 Carver Road, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
 
Students from the Street Law class at Mankato West High School will be in attendance in the courtroom to observe oral arguments.  This special student participation is part of the Court of Appeals “Class in the Courtroom” program. 
 
The Court of Appeals routinely hears oral arguments in communities across Minnesota to ensure access to justice. The full list of oral arguments scheduled for November 7 in Mankato is attached.
