The Minnesota Supreme Court Announces Vacancies for Attorney Members on the Rules of Criminal Procedure Advisory Committee

The Supreme Court is seeking to fill vacancies for attorney members on the Rules of Criminal Procedure Advisory Committee.  The vacancies are for prosecuting attorneys and public and private defense attorneys. The committee meets as needed and is responsible for monitoring the rules and hearing and accepting comments for further changes.  The current vacancies are for three-year terms beginning on January 1, 2020.
Applicants interested in appointment should send a letter of interest, a curriculum vitae, and a copy of active attorney registration status so as to be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2019.   Please submit application materials to AnnMarie S.
