Court Services - State Court Administrator's Office

The mission of the Court Services Division is to foster innovation and effectiveness in the courts through the provision of information, technical assistance and project support services so that the Judicial Branch vision is achieved.  Court Services staff serves as program or project lead, and provide technical assistance to courts statewide on a wide variety of topics.  Examples include policy and procedure development in support of consistent court administrative procedure,  the Court Interpreter Program, expedited child support, the Children’s Justice Initiative, treatment courts, psychological services, jury management, self-represented litigant services and the MN Court Payment Center.  The Court Services Division also collects and publishes statistical information on court caseloads and caseflow, provides support for the Minnesota Court Information System (MNCIS) through its business practices unit, staffs court committees and conducts training for court personnel.
