Audio recordings are generally posted by 12:00 p.m. the day after the arguments. Technical issues occasionally may cause a delay in posting. Recordings may not play properly through the Internet Explorer web browser, so another browser (such as Firefox or Google Chrome) is recommended.

To Search for an Oral Argument Recording: Use Case Name, Date (M/D/YYYY format – no leading zeros for month and day) or use at least the last three digits of the Case Number. Audio archiving began with oral arguments scheduled on or after January 1, 2019.

Due to technical issues, some oral arguments after January 1, 2019 may not be available in the database below. If a specific argument you wish to listen to is not available in the database below, contact the Court of Appeals at (651) 297-1000. If you need an alternative format other than audio, please submit an ADA accommodation request.
