Notice of Change in eFS Functionality - Proposed Order File Stamp

On January 3, 2015, the eFile & eServe File Stamp functionality was changed from the File Stamp being only applied to the first page of an eFiled document to the File Stamp being applied to every page.  This change affected the workflow process for internal court users, causing major inefficiencies.  In order to address the issue caused by the functionality change, documents submitted and accepted as a proposed order will no longer receive the application of a file stamp.

What does this mean to you?
Documents submitted and accepted on and after January 19, 2015, as a proposed order will not be file stamped.
