This message is being sent to all court interpreters on the state roster or who work regularly for the District Courts and interpreter agencies.

Greetings,

Interpreters and agencies may now view the training video and written resources for the Interpreter Resource Management Application (IRMA). The use of IRMA will be required beginning October 21, 2019. In the coming months interpreters will no longer be able to access the current invoicing system.

If you have questions after viewing the training video, you may register for the Question & Answer session which is scheduled for Wednesday, October 16, 2019, from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m.
Details on how to register for the Question & Answer WebEx session are available on the Minnesota Judicial Branch website.

Interpreters and agencies who do not already have a MyCourtMN account will need to sign up for one in order to use IRMA. If you already have a MyCourtMN account for another role you have with the Minnesota Judicial Branch you may use the same account to access IRMA.

Ahead of the launch of IRMA, you will receive an email from the email address noreply.IRMA@courts.state.mn.us with the link to set up your MyCourtMN account. Please review and update your IRMA profile Information as soon as you receive this email, prior to October 21, 2019, so you will be able to use IRMA as soon as it is launched.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your services to the Minnesota Judicial Branch and your patience as we transition to IRMA.
Prior communications about IRMA can be found in the Communication Archive.

Sincerely,
Polly Ryan
