Multimedia presentation equipment is available in most courtrooms and can be requested for hearings and trials subject to availability. Different court locations have different resources, so please refer to the table below to determine what is available. Please note that internet access is not available in any of the courtrooms as a presentation tool.

Portable Nomad units are comprised of the following technology:
• Projector; can project files on flash drives, CD's, DVD's, or on litigant's notebook PC • Computer; runs Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, and Power Point; also audio/video files in WMV format • Document Camera; can project images of paper documents and photographs • VHS player

Contact the office of the Judge scheduled to preside over the hearing or trial at least a week prior to the scheduled date to reserve a Nomad.
If you don't know the name of the judge or his/her phone number, contact the Assignment Division Office.
