Contact Us @ SHC
|The SHC can answer questions on court forms and procedures. If you have a question about your legal rights or options in your case, you should get advice from a lawyer. Your questions will be answered by a court employee, who may be an attorney. There is no attorney-client privilege or confidentiality of any information you tell the Self-Help Center. Court staff cannot give legal advice or recommend specific legal options. The Self-Help Center is not responsible for the outcome of your case. Read Disclaimer.
Call us during service hours if you have a question about court forms by using the direct-dial phone at a court SHC workstation, or by calling us directly at the number listed below. If you get our voicemail we are busy helping other customers, or you have called during non-service hours.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 3p (closed legal holidays)
Send us your questions about court forms by using the Contact Us form at any time, and we try to reply within 2-3 business days.
Court Forms Review Service
If you are representing yourself in a court case and you fill out court forms on a computer (in Word, PDF, I-CAN, or A2J), the Self-Help Center can review your forms before you file them to help you make sure you completed all of the required steps. Contact us by phone or email when you are done with your forms or if you have questions.
