Hearing Dates and Court Calendars

If you know your file or citation number, you may look your case up online at http://www.mncourts.gov/default.aspx?page=1927#termsConditions.  Criminal cases without convictions will not come up under a name search.  You must look those up by file or citation number.  Civil and family case types will come up under a name search if you don't know your file number.  Confidential cases (such as juvenile cases) are not available online.

The appearances of persons in custody occur Monday through Friday around 10:30 a.m. and on Fridays only at 3:30 p.m. (depending on completion of the necessary paperwork from the prosecutor).
