What is "Bias"?
Bias is negative, hostile, offensive, or insulting behavior directed towards a person for being perceived as different. Bias may be based, in whole or in part, on sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, or physical, mental, emotional, or learning disability.
If you feel you have been a victim of bias by anyone in the court system in the Tenth Judicial District, we want to hear from you.
