Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine, Sherburne, Washington and Wright

Our Goal

To ensure that every man, woman, and child in the Tenth Judicial District has equal access to justice and can expect, in full confidence, to receive equal justice under the laws of the State of Minnesota.

What is "Bias"?

Bias is negative, hostile, offensive, or insulting behavior directed towards a person for being perceived as different.  Bias may be based, in whole or in part, on sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, or physical, mental, emotional, or learning disability.

If you feel you have been a victim of bias by anyone in the court system in the Tenth Judicial District, we want to hear from you.
