Parenting Time Expeditor
The court may appoint a Parenting Time Expeditor (PTE) to help the parties resolve parenting time disputes when a court order is already in place. If the parties are unable to agree, the Parenting Time Expeditor may make a decision regarding the parenting time dispute.
Search the Roster of Available Neutrals or List of Family Service Providers.
Neutrals on the list are considered "qualified" under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts. Qualified neutrals are not certified or licensed in the field of ADR. In choosing an ADR neutral, you should inquire about the qualifications and experience of the neutral.
