The Minnesota Supreme Court Announces a Vacancy for a City Prosecutor on the Rules of Criminal Procedure Advisory Committee

The Supreme Court is seeking to fill one vacancy for attorney member on the Rules of Criminal Procedure Advisory Committee. The vacancy is for a city prosecutor. The committee meets as needed and is responsible for monitoring the rules and hearing and accepting comments for further changes. The current vacancy is for a three-year term ending on December 31, 2023.
All applicants interested in appointment must submit a letter of interest and resume. In addition, attorney applicants must include a screen print from the
Minnesota Attorney Registration System (MARS) demonstrating an active Minnesota attorney license.
