Tenth District Parent Education Information

Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine, Sherburne, Washington and Wright Counties

Parents involved in contested custody or parenting time cases must complete a parent education class.  In all other proceedings involving custody, support, or parenting time, the court has discretion to order the parents to attend a parent education class.  Unless otherwise ordered by the court, parents must begin participation in a parent education class before the Initial Case Management Conference and within 30 days after the first filing in the case or as soon as practicable given the availability of classes.  Parent education classes approved by the Tenth Judicial District are listed below.
