The Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure has recommended amendments to the Rules of Civil Procedure.  The Supreme Court will consider the proposed amendments without a hearing after soliciting and reviewing comments on the proposal.

Any individual wishing to provide statements in support of or opposition to the proposed amendments shall submit 12 copies in writing addressed to Frederick K. Grittner, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, St. Paul, Minnesota 55155, no later than Feb. 10, 2010.
