The Minnesota Supreme Court Announces Vacancies for Two Judicial Members, Four Attorney Members and One Court Supervisor on the Rules of Civil Procedure Advisory Committee

The Supreme Court is seeking two judicial members, four attorney members and one court supervisor to fill vacancies on the Rules of Civil Procedure Advisory Committee.  The committee meets as needed and is responsible for monitoring the rules and recommending further changes.  The vacancies are for three-year terms beginning on July 1, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2022.  All members are eligible for reappointment to a second term.
 
Applicants interested in becoming a member of the committee should send a letter of interest and a curriculum vitae to AnnMarie S. O'Neill, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, via e-mail at mjcappellateclerkofcourt@courts.state.mn.us or via U.S. Mail at 305 Minnesota Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55155.  Applications must be received no later than 4:30 pm on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
