The Minnesota Supreme Court Announces One Attorney Member Vacancy on the Rules of Criminal Procedure Advisory Committee

The Supreme Court is seeking to fill one vacancy for an attorney member on the Rules of Criminal Procedure Advisory Committee.  The vacancy is for a private attorney and/or professor.  The committee meets as needed and is responsible for monitoring the rules and hearing and accepting comments for further changes.  The current vacancy is for a three-year term.
 
All applicants interested in appointment must submit a letter of interest and resume.  In addition, attorney applicants must include a screen print from the Minnesota Attorney Registration System (MARS) http://mars.courts.state.mn.us/ demonstrating an active Minnesota attorney license.
