The Minnesota Supreme Court Announces a Vacancy on the Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration

The Supreme Court is seeking attorney applicants for membership on the Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration. Experience with personal injury and no-fault insurance is required.
The vacancy is for a four-year term beginning January 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2028, renewable for one additional four-year term.
The Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration meets the third Friday of the month in January, April, July and the second Friday in October. The Committee oversees the day-to-day administration of arbitration of no-fault claims under Minn. Stat. 65B.525 by the American Arbitration Association and the No-Fault Arbitrator Panel. This includes investigating administrative and arbitrator complaints, as well as hearing appeals under Rule 8 of the No-Fault Arbitration Rules.
