The Minnesota Supreme Court Announces Vacancies for Judicial Officers and Attorneys for the Advisory Committee on the Special Rules of Procedure Governing Proceedings Under the Minnesota Commitment and Treatment Act

The Minnesota Supreme Court is seeking district court judges, referees, and attorneys to fill vacancies on the Advisory Committee on the Special Rules of Procedure Governing Proceedings Under the Minnesota Commitment and Treatment Act. New members will be appointed to three-year terms and will be eligible for re-appointment to a second three-year term.
All applicants interested in appointment must submit a letter of interest and resume.

mjcappellateclerkofcourt@courts.state.mn.us or via U. S. Mail at 305 Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55155.
E-mail applications are preferred, but whether sent by U.S. Mail or electronically, all applications must be received by 4:30 pm on Friday, January 10, 2025.
