Oracle HCM Contractor Statement of Work Questions and Answers

 
  1. Will interviews be conducted in person or virtually? `
    1. Interviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
  2. How many resumes are we permitted to submit for this position?
    1. There is no limit on the number of submissions, but we will be selecting only one candidate to fill this position. 
  3. Please let us know the duration for this position
    1. The duration of this position will be approximately 3 months (depending on what the actual start date ends up being).  The end date for this position will be June 30th, 2025.
  4. Are there any incumbents in this role?
    1. Yes, one consultant.
  5. Is there a specific budget for the project or a NTE bill rate?
    1. There is not a specific budget or NTE bill rate. 
  6. How many times does the candidates needs to be onsite?
    1. There is no specific amount of time that the candidate is required to be on-site.  The need to be on-site will be on an as-needed basis but we do not anticipate a need unless there is a critical meeting that requires on-site presence. 
  7. The document says References: Provide three (3) clients you have assisted with same or similar projects. Do we need to submit our client references or candidates work references?
