Scheduled & Unscheduled System Unavailability:
If the electronic filing system is unavailable, please check back periodically. If system unavailability prevents you from electronic filing where mandatory, an exception may be requested to the mandatory eFiling requirement under Minnesota General Rule of Practice 14.01(d); 14.01(f)(1).
Below is a link to detailed information regarding all past occurrences of the eFiling and eService system unavailability. This information should be included along with an exception request to the court.
