Effective Monday, July 17, 2017, all E-MACS inquiries will be handled by the Minnesota eFile Support Center.  Appellate e-filers who need assistance should contact (651) 227-2002 (if calling from metro area codes 612, 651, 763, 952) or (855) 291-8246 (if calling from all other area codes).  Select Option 2 (for the appellate courts) and Option 2 (for E-MACS assistance).  The Minnesota eFile Support Center is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding state holidays.

For the most efficient E-MACS service, please call the Minnesota eFile Support Center directly.  Beginning on July 17, 2017, appellate e-filing inquires received by the Office of the Clerk of the Appellate Courts will be redirected to the Support Center.

Non-E-MACS questions for the appellate courts can continue to be directed to the Office of the Clerk of the Appellate Courts at (651) 291-5297.
