Human Resources and Development - State Court Administrator's Office

The Human Resources and Development Division serves as a partner with Minnesota Judicial Branch leadership in developing policies and programs, providing HR services which enable people to achieve the strategic priorities of the Minnesota Judicial Branch, and in creating an innovative and proactive organization where employees and employer are valued and the public is well served. It also oversees all education and development efforts for judges, management, and employees.
