Please submit your request to update your address in the courts’ case management system through the
Technical Support form. You will need to include your name, bar number, current address, new address, and a list of active case numbers.
Appellate Courts:
Please mail a letter to the Clerk of Appellate Court’s attention at the address listed below. You’ll need to provide a list of all of the attorneys and their attorney license numbers.
