eFS Communication Archive Detail
eFS is experiencing widespread performance issues with accessing documents

eFile and eServe (eFS) is currently experiencing the following issues:
- “Original File” links for filers within eFS are not working.
- Links to documents in service and confirmation emails generated from eFS are not working.
- Guide & File users are unable to view the document at the end of Guide & File interviews using the document link. Users are still able to download and view the document.
We are working on a resolution. Thank you for your patience.
