New and Updated Optional Services and Fees Descriptions

What is happening?
Effective January 1, 2023, a new Optional Services and Fees will be available in eFile and eServe (eFS) to be used when requesting Exemplified and Certified copy of any instrument from a civil or criminal proceeding. Additionally, the existing Optional Service descriptions for fees will be updated.
What does this affect?
Anyone required to use eFS to electronically eFile and eServe documents, or voluntarily chooses to use eFS, should select the new or updated Optional Services and Fees indicated below for the type of copy they are requesting the court to provide.
Copy-Certified - $14.00 each
Certified copy of any instrument from a civil or criminal proceeding
Copy-Certified Exemplified - $28.00 each
Exemplified and Certified copy of any instrument from a civil or criminal proceeding
Copy-Exemplified - $14.00 each
Exemplified copy of any instrument from a civil or criminal proceeding (not certified)
Copy-Plain - $8.00 each
Uncertified copy of any instrument from a civil or criminal proceeding
