eFile and eServe eService emails and notifications

As of July 21, 2023, the web address for eFile & eServe (eFS) and Guide & File has changed. Update your saved bookmarks to https://minnesota.tylertech.cloud/ofsweb to eliminate any issues accessing eFS. The Guide & File website is now https://minnesota.tylertech.cloud/SRL/SRL .
We have received reports that filers are experiencing issues receiving eService emails and notifications. The update also included a change in the email address the notifications are sent from. Many email providers have filtering systems. You may need to purposefully allow emails from eFS through your filter by whitelisting the email address. Make sure to update your whitelist to include, no-reply@efilingmail.tylertech.cloud. This step will help to eliminate undeliverable emails to your email account.
