Free Valentine’s Day Weddings Available on 2/14/2025 

In Ramsey County, marriage licenses are issued by the Department of Vital Records.

Dissolution of Marriage is handled by Family Court.

If you would like to arrange to be married by a Judge from the Second District, the following judges perform wedding ceremonies. All arrangements regarding date, time, place, and fees must be made with the Judge.  If you leave a telephone message, be sure to include your phone number, date of marriage, and location of marriage.
