Jan. 16 - Old Interpreter Invoicing System to be Deactivated

This message is being sent to all court interpreters on the state roster, those who work regularly for the district courts and interpreter agencies, or those who are active on the existing Minnesota Judicial Branch interpreter database.

The Minnesota Judicial Branch will deactivate the old interpreter invoicing system on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 4 p.m. Once the old system is turned off, interpreters will no longer have access to the old system or any records that are within it.

Any invoices for assignments that took place prior to October 21, 2019 must be submitted through the old online invoicing system, not the Interpreter Resource Management Application (IRMA), IRMA. Invoices must be submitted no later than 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2020.

Assignments Before Oct. 21, 2019: Invoice using existing system
Assignments On or After Oct. 21, 2019: Invoices will be generated through IRMA

The deactivation of the old invoicing system will not impact access or availability of the new invoicing and scheduling system, IRMA, where you now conduct all scheduling and invoicing with the Minnesota Judicial Branch.

You may find additional information about IRMA and the old invoicing system in the communications archive.
