Old Interpreter Invoicing System to be Deactivated
Posted: Tuesday, January 14, 2020
This message is being sent to all court interpreters on the state roster, those who work regularly for the district courts and interpreter agencies, or those who are active on the existing Minnesota Judicial Branch interpreter database.
This Thursday January 16, 2020, the Minnesota Judicial Branch will deactivate to the old interpreter invoicing system. Interpreters will no longer have access to any information in the old system after 4 p.m. Thursday January 16, 2020.
Any interpreter assignment that took place prior to October 21, 2019 must be submitted through the old online invoicing system as soon as possible, not IRMA, no later than 4 p.m. on Thursday January 16, 2020.
This deactivation
will not impact access or availability of the new invoicing and scheduling system,
Interpreter Resource Management Application (IRMA), where you now conduct all scheduling and invoicing with the Minnesota Judicial Branch.
If you have submitted all invoices please disregard this email.
You will receive
one additional email from me ahead of the deactivation.
Please let me know if you have questions.
Sincerely,
Polly Ryan
