FINAL NOTICE - Old Interpreter Invoicing System to be Deactivated
Posted: Thursday, January 16, 2020
This message is being sent to all court interpreters on the state roster, those who work regularly for the district courts and interpreter agencies, or those who are active on the existing Minnesota Judicial Branch interpreter database.
This is the final notice that today, Thursday, January 16, 2020, the old invoicing system for interpreters will be deactivated. As of 4 p.m. today you will not be able to access the old interpreter invoicing system.
If you have submitted all invoices please disregard this email.
Any interpreter assignment that took place prior to October 21, 2019 must be submitted through the old online invoicing system, not IRMA, before deactivation.
This deactivation
will not impact access or availability of the new invoicing and scheduling system,
Interpreter Resource Management Application (IRMA), where you now conduct all scheduling and invoicing with the Minnesota Judicial Branch.
If you have an outstanding invoice in the old invoicing system that you cannot resolve by today’s deadline you MUST call or email the Court Interpreter Program as soon as possible.
This is the
final notice you will receive regarding the deactivation of the old interpreter invoicing system.
Please let me know if you have questions.
Sincerely,
Polly Ryan
