Interpreter Payment Policy Revisions


 This message is being sent to all court interpreters on the state roster, those who work regularly for the district courts and interpreter agencies, and those who are active on the existing Minnesota Judicial Branch interpreter database. 
 
The Interpreter Payment Policy, 513(a), has been revised and will be effective on January 8, 2024. The revised policy is posted on the Minnesota Judicial Branch Court Interpreter webpage and a copy is attached for your convenience. The updated policy will apply to all court interpreting assignments scheduled to take place on or after January 8, 2024.
