REMINDER – IRMA Training & Resources

This message is being sent to all court interpreters on the state roster, those who work regularly for the District Courts and interpreter agencies, or are active on the existing Minnesota Judicial Branch interpreter database.

Greetings,

Within the next 24 hours you will receive an email from the email address noreply.IRMA@courts.state.mn.us with instructions for how to access, review, and update your profile information for the Interpreter Resource Management Application (IRMA). Please review and update your IRMA profile information as soon as you receive this email so you will be able to use IRMA as soon as it is launched, on October 21, 2019.

Interpreters and agencies that do not already have a MyCourtMN account will need to sign up for one in order to use IRMA. If you already have a MyCourtMN account for another role you have with the Minnesota Judicial Branch you may use the same account to access IRMA.
The IRMA training video and written resources were posted last week on the Minnesota Judicial Branch website.

If you have questions after viewing the training video, register for the Question & Answer session which is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, October 16, 2019, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The use of IRMA will be required beginning October 21, 2019. In the coming months interpreters will no longer be able to access the current invoicing system.
Any assignments you complete prior to October 21, 2019, you must invoice in the existing invoice system, not IRMA. When IRMA launches, any assignments you complete on or after October 21, 2019, will be invoiced through IRMA.

Assignments Before Oct. 21, 2019: Invoice using existing system

Assignments On or After Oct. 21, 2019: Invoices will be generated through IRMA

If you have problems creating your MyCourtMN account or verifying your IRMA account please email for Technical Support Request.

If you are not already associated with an agency, and wish to receive assignments from an agency in IRMA, please contact me. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your services to the Minnesota Judicial Branch and your preparation for the transition to IRMA.

Prior communications about IRMA can be found in the Communication Archive.

Sincerely,

Polly Ryan
