Judicial Branch raw data and data summaries are available to the public. Individual public court case records are also accessible, but some may not be available online. They may be accessed from a courthouse public access computer.

Some Minnesota Judicial Branch data can be viewed by accessing the Judicial Branch data dashboards. Annual case filings, dating back to 1998, are also available in the Judicial Branch annual reports to the community.

If you cannot find the information you are seeking from these sources, a request may be submitted to the State Court Administrator via the form below. Requests will be fulfilled as time permits and there may be a fee. There is currently a substantial backlog of requests awaiting attention, but you will be contacted within two business days to acknowledge that the request has been received and to provide you with an initial status.
