Reminder: Old Examiners Invoicing System Deactivating May 29

Posted: Thursday, May 28, 2020

The old examiner invoicing system will be deactivated on Friday, May 29, 2020. You will receive one additional reminder of this deactivation tomorrow.

Please print copies of invoices and any other information you wish to have access to after the system is deactivated. For any tax related or past payment information please contact Minnesota Management and Budget SWIFT vendor resources.
State Court Administrator Policy 510(a) IV C. 1 requires that: “All requests for compensation and reimbursement shall be submitted within 60 days of the last billable activity on a case.” Examiners should contact the Psychological/Psychiatric Examiner Services Program if this requirement conflicts with the deactivation date of the old invoicing system.

All appointments and invoicing for examiners and institutions is being conducted through ERA. Any invoicing for appointments prior to Monday, March 16 should be completed through the previous invoicing system.

Appointments Accepted before Mar. 16, 2020: Invoice using existing system
Appointments Accepted on or After Mar. 16, 2020: Appointments and invoices will be generated through ERA

Previous communications are available on the Minnesota Judicial Branch website.
If you have further questions about ERA or the deactivation of the previous invoicing system, please feel free to contact me at this email address, psychexaminerprogram@courts.state.mn.us, or via phone at (651) 297-1096.
