$3.00 eService Fee Eliminated


The Minnesota Judicial Branch is pleased to announce that effective today, Monday, July 8, 2013, the $3.00 fee for eService has been eliminated. eService, which allows litigants who eFile their cases to serve other parties via eMail, is a service of the Minnesota Judicial Branch’s eCourtMN Initiative.

  • Business Hours:  Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (CST).  Closed state government holidays except Columbus Day.
