Advisory Committee to Review the Lawyer Discipline System

The committee will be composed of attorneys and lay members and will be charged to review and assess the process, procedures, and operations of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board and the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility in administering the attorney discipline system in Minnesota and to report its findings and make recommendations for improvements it deems advisable.
