Amendments to Criminal Rules Now in Effect


Amendments to Rules 1.04, 6.01, and 23.03 of the Minnesota Rules of Criminal Procedure took effect Jan. 1, 2012; the amended rules set forth the required legal content and minimal administrative content of the adult citation, and direct the State Court Administrator and Commissioner of Public Safety to publish an approved Statewide Standard Citation form.
