Court Fee Changes Effective July 1, 2017

Effective July 1, 2017, Minn. Stat. § 357.021, subd. 2, is amended to reduce the amount of the following District Court fees:
- Civil filing fee from $310.00 to $285.00
- Dissolution filing fee from $340.00 to $315.00
- Motion fee in civil and family court cases from $100.00 to $75.00
- Motion fee in child support cases from $100.00 to $50.00
