Court of Appeals to Hear Oral Arguments in New Ulm on April 4


A three-judge panel of the Minnesota Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on several cases in New Ulm on Thursday, April 4. The Court will hear the oral arguments, which are open to the public, in Courtroom 305 of the Brown County Courthouse in New Ulm, 14 S. State Street, beginning at 10:05 a.m.
 
Students from New Ulm High School will observe the oral arguments in the courtroom.  Following the panel’s calendar, the panel will travel to New Ulm High School to meet with students at 2:00 p.m. This special student participation is part of the Court of Appeals “Class in the Courtroom” program.
